Pascale Coade is a brand manager and creative strategist known for her work in food and hospitality. Growing up with food at the heart of family life, she brings a deep understanding of the industry, helping clients create unique and memorable brand experiences through events, brand collaborations, product launches, content creation, and more.

At Broadsheet, Pascale worked closely with a diverse mix of restaurants across Sydney and Melbourne to deliver high-impact experiences for readers. She also led brand activations for events and managed marketing communications that connected chefs, venues, and diners. 

Previously, Pascale helped launch Providoor, shaping the brand from day one. She worked with renowned chefs including Neil Perry and Andrew McConnell, supporting everything from restaurant logistics and menu design to marketing and PR. Her career began at 3 Degrees Marketing, where she produced high-profile events for brands like Peroni and Gucci, designed to drive meaningful PR and audience engagement.
